We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept net banking. We use RazorPay to process payments.

All orders usually get shipped within 3-5 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 5-7 days.

You do not need to worry at all. Just drop us a mail at hello@sockaboo.com with images of the damaged product within 5 working days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money, whichever is preferred.
The refund amount will reflect in your account within 10 business days from the refund processed date.

Only if the order has not been shipped from our office, can a cancellation request be made. Once shipped we will not consider cancellation requests.

Not happy with your socks? Return it to us within 10 days, and we’ll give you a full refund. Please note that in order to be processed, returned items must be unworn and still have the tags attached.
Please write to us at hello@sockaboo.com with your order number before sending the socks back so that we can process the return.
